Get ready to rock out and lay down some thunder with this bad ass 1983 Jazz Bass. This ORIGINAL Vintage THUMPING TONE MONSTER is in great condition and DELIVERS ALL the MOJO. It has minor, honest play wear, (a few tiny dings, fine scratches, etc) but these slight marks just amp up the "played with care" and dial in the cool vibe factor...she is a sweet sounding bass that will stand out in a crowd. It has a beautiful ash body with lovely grain. This tone monster is fully original (minus pickups/pots & a few screws) with no modifications or repairs. She has just been professionally dialed in and set up for optimal tone and playability. The frets were dressed, leveled and polished and shine like a mirror. The binding is intact and the big block inlays are just the perfect touch of class to this naughty girl who likes to get rocked hard. This bass plays incredible and the neck is straight with no issues. The truss rod works fine and everything functions perfectly. No issues or disappointments just an incredibly sweet Jazz Bass with all the charm and vintage tone you want delivered in a classic package that will surely draw some attention anywhere she goes. Ready to hit the stage or studio but also a perfect bass to jam at home. If you are a studio owner or gigging musician this bass will surely add the perfect tone to all your projects. Cosmetic Condition: This J-Bass is in great shape but does show typical play wear and aging. The glossy finish shows no checking but minor nicks, dings, scuffs, and scratches are present throughout. The hardware is lightly tarnished.
t has just been professionally set up and dialed in for optimal playability and tone. It has low action with no buzzing or dead spots and is an absolute joy to play. It has been deep cleaned and detailed. All guitars will arrive looking and playing great. The frets have been dressed/polished and the fingerboard was cleaned. (Unfinished Rosewood and Ebony boards get treated with Fret Doctor - a proprietary all natural oil that is the best on the market) It was professionally set up and has brand new strings, the action was adjusted, the intonation is spot on and it plays excellent. All the electronics work flawlessly.
