Grab your coffee cup, pull up a chair and sit a spell. When I arrived at the shop this AM, just when I was about to take my first sip of Kona, what to my wondering eyes did appear? This totally rad Fender ST54-95LS! Let me tell you, I am pretty fired up about this piece-it's basically Fender Japans take on the Eric Clapton signature model and they did better than nail it, they may actually have surpassed it. This Stratocaster has and amazingly perfect "V" neck that is easily up to Fender Custom Shop quality. Crafted from quarter sawn maple and meticulously profiled, the neck features 22 frets with a 10" radius for full range and sweet playability. Electronically we have a set of premium USA Gold Lace Sensor pickups full of character and presence, a TBX circuit on tone one for full control of the sonic palette, and an active mid boost circuit on the second tone knob that ups the ante and pushes your tone to the stratosphere. This really is a superb sounding Strat in every way, heaps of clarity and sizzle with a juicy low end from the pickups, plus all the exhilarating, incendiary, amp-pushing drive you could want via the boost. In unboosted mode, the Strat has all the great 80s and 90s EC Strat tones nailed with spank, quack, precision and hum-free clarity. The Fender Lace Sensor p'ups are really distinctive to the sound and the tonal aesthetics are vastly superior to the Fender Vintage Noisless pickups introduced to USA Clapton models in 2001. The neck is very conducive to quick lead runs and big bends and it's an absolute pleasure in the hands. The guitar is very well balanced and resonant with a lovely, vintage, almost broken-in feel. It's unusual to score these in such clean shape, and you'll find this one is as close to mint as you could ask for a guitar that's fourteen years old. This will easily match the USA Clapton-signature models for tone and feel, but it doesn't actually have EC's name on the headstock so feel free to sharpie your moniker in, or better yet...don't!
Cosmetically this guitar is in very good condition, it has a few scratches and a nick on the top but nothing outlandish. (see pics) It is in perfect working order and plays fantastic.

All the electronics work flawlessly.

Terms For Returns & Re-Stocking Fee’s
We recognize and accept a 7 day return policy as per Reverb guidelines, BUT intentions of the return must be communicated in writing within 3 day of receiving the guitar as indicated by the tracking. Unless the guitar is not as described, ORIGINAL & RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. There is a 10% Re-stocking fee for ALL guitars that are returned for ANY reason outside of damage from shipping or it arrives significantly not as described. Please note that we record demo videos to make sure our guitars go out exactly as we describe them with zero issues. We understand that feeling comfortable is vital to the purchase of a guitar/bass so in any case, additional measurements or in hand descriptions are available prior to purchase/shipping. Thats said, guitars travel a great distance some times and in transit things can happen. Also guitars acclimate to new environments and this can cause a need for a new set up or minor adjustment. It is acceptable and normal if there is for instance a tiny bit of buzzing or the need to adjust a truss rod.
